Radco Return and Exchange Policy

• The original Radco receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services.
• Returns or Exchanges are accepted with-in 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be in the original packaging and in new condition (Uninstalled).
• All special orders and/or painted items are not returnable.
• No refunds allowed on Gift Certificates, labor charges, freight charges, lost time or mileage.
• 15% restocking charge may apply on itmes we accept for return.

Radco Refund Policy

• Refunds for purchases made by check will require a waiting period to insure the check has cleared.
• Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued to the same credit card.
• Refunds for purchases made by cash and are less than $50.00, will be made with cash provided adequate cash is available.
• Refunds for purchases made by cash and are over $50.00, will be made by check issued from Radco corporate office.
• In store credits will be held for 1 year from the date the credit was issued.
