For your security, all first time orders must be delivered to the billing address of the credit card used. Only exception is when a credit card authorization form is requested by e-mailing us at jstaley@philanet.com. We can fax you the form and once completed and returned, the order can be shipped anywhere requested.
Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped pre-paid and added to order amount.
Please thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival. We take great care to package the items in order to keep shipping damage to a minimum. However, sometimes packages are damaged by the shipping company and they require that damage claims be submittted within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please call us with your name, order number, item number that is damaged and the nature of the damage. We will submit a damage claim and have the shipper pick up the item for inspection. You will be credited for the item and shipping once found to be damaged; however we will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
Placing an order is not a guarantee of item availability and whether item is ordered via overnight, or ground does not guarantee that item will be shipped. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible with your shipping options and we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements.
The shipping price given at time of order is not guaranteed. If for any reason (due to over size packaging, weight or other circumstances) we determine that the amount listed is underestimated, we will contact you once order is received with the correct amount. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED MORE THAN THE AMOUNT LISTED AT TIME OF ORDER, unless we notify you with explanation and you approve the charges. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not have the shipping amount approved by the customer.
