Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following circumastances only.

All returns must be accompanied by the origional sales receipt and an RGA number. The RGA number can be acquired by e-mailing us at jstaley@philanet.com or calling 800-575-4960. Please state the date of purchase, origional invoice number, reason for return and part number/ qty. being returned. Any returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened in origional carton with all manuals, warranties, instructions or other paperwork intact. Items not meeting this criteria could be subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Installed or energized items are not returnable. Special order items that we do not stock or are above normal stock quantities are only returnable based on the individual manufacturers terms & conditions. Depending on the individual manufacturer's terms, special order items may be non-returnable or will be subject to factory restock charges. These charges may exceed 35% and any fees or charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Shipping Damage claims
Please thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival. We take great care to package the items in order to keep shipping damage to a minimum.  However, sometimes packages are damaged by the shipping company and they require that damage claims be submitted within 7 days of receipt of shipment.  If you receive a damaged item; please call us with all pertinent information including your name, order number, damaged item number and nature of the damage.  We will submit a damage claim and have the shipper pick up the item for inspection. You will be credited for the item and shipping once it is found to be damaged.  However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
 
Items claimed defective or within warranty
If you have an item that you believe to be defective or within warranty, please request an RGA with all pertinent information. Upon review, you will be contacted as how to proceed. Each Manufacturer has it's own policy and we adhere to their terms. We do not offer any additional warranties or claims for any manufacturer's product. Each manufacturer may handle the claim differently, including but not limited repair, replacement, full or partial credit for the item.
