Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

All returned items must be sent prepaid to All Seasons Pools & Spas, Inc., 9135 West 135^th Street, Orland Park, IL 60462, or they may be returned in person at the same location.

Returned items must be unopened in original packaging with all manuals, components and instructions intact.

Special order items can not be returned.

All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and an RGA number. RGA numbers may be requested by emailing us at All Seasons Pools & Spas, Inc. . Please state the reason for return and the items and quantities that are being returned. Returned items without an RGA will be refused.

Returns will not be accepted 30 days after purchase.

Upon our receipt of the returned goods as described above, a credit will be issued to the credit card with which the purchase was made.  Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
