Returns
If the item that you purchased from Alabama Outdoors fails to meet your expectation, or is not what you feel was represented on our site, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All returns must follow these guidelines:
  • Returned items must not show any signs of wear or use, subject to our descretion, and must be in original condition. This does not include warranty returns due to manufacturing flaws.
  • Returns must be accompied by the origional invoice and all origional tags and boxes.
  • There are no returns on Sale or Clearance items.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges to Alabama Outdoors. With exchanges, you will be charged for freight for the shipping of the exchanged item.
  • There are no returns on climbing equipment except climbing shoes, which must not have been used.

Here at Alabama Outdoors, we carry quality products from many of the best outdoor manufactures. All the products that we sell are built to last and are warrantied against defects in materials and/or workmanship. We stand behind every thing we sell. If you have an item that you need to send back for warranty or repair please clean the item and send it to the above address with a note detailing the problem that you are having with the item and what actions you would like taken. Be sure to include you personal information as well. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us as well as return freight and any repair fees that may apply.
